Tried to identify a solution for this and there are two options for this.
User Level
Users can simply click on the unsubscribe link on that email and then follow the steps to prevent receiving Cortana briefing emails in future
Organization Level
Couldn't find any official suggestion for this. But the following method works.
- Login to the office 365 admin center
- Settings > Org Settings > Briefing emails
- Uncheck the box for "Let people in your organization receive email briefing.....,"
Please suggest if you have any other solution
